The Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of advice contracts and projects from mobilisation through to completion.
Based in Halifax, you will act as the key link between clients, operational teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs and customer outcomes are consistently achieved. You will manage client relationships, lead contract review meetings, oversee performance and reporting, identify and manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement.
You will also help identify opportunities for contract extensions, service improvements and future growth, while providing leadership and support to designated team members.
What you will bring
You will have experience managing contracts, projects or commissioned services within a customer-focused environment, alongside strong client and stakeholder management skills.
You will be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs, analysing data and turning insight into practical improvements. Strong commercial awareness, organisation, problem-solving and communication skills are essential, together with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and customer management systems.
