Mobile Home Energy Advisor - Mobile Advice Centre
37 Hours | 23 Days Holiday Pro Rata | 5% Pension | Fixed Term up to 12 Months

We are hiring 2 Advice Administrators based in the East Midlands (within 30 minutes of Kettering)

This role works alongside the Stakeholder Coordinator to deliver frontline energy advice and support the operational success of the Mobile Advice Centre across the East Midlands.

This is not purely administrative. It is a delivery focused role with performance accountability.

The Role

  • Provide face to face and telephone based energy efficiency advice
  • Conduct customer assessments and deliver tailored support
  • Identify eligibility for funding schemes and income maximisation support
  • Record activity and outcomes accurately within CRM systems
  • Work towards monthly KPIs including productivity and call quality
  • Support community events and stakeholder engagement

You will also complete administrative duties and advice calls when events are not scheduled to ensure consistent service delivery.

Travel and Driving Requirements

You will be required to share the driving of a Peugeot Boxer van as part of the Mobile Advice Centre service. Candidates must be comfortable driving a commercial vehicle as part of their day to day role.

Regular regional travel is required. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary depending on event locations.

Requirements

  • Must live within 30 minutes of Kettering
  • Customer facing experience
  • Comfortable delivering advice in person and over the phone
  • Strong administration and IT skills
  • Experience working to KPIs or performance targets
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no endorsements
  • Access to your own vehicle, mileage reimbursed with business insurance required
  • Comfortable driving a commercial vehicle including a Peugeot Boxer van
